Job Description
We are looking for candidates who can:
- Support CSR team in receiving, registration and acknowledging all incoming application within timeline.
- Ensure accurate data entry, tracking of applications for CSR projects.
- Maintain proper filing systems and documentation.
- Assist in preparing necessary paperwork, letters or report related to CSR activities.
- Facilitate effective communication with internal departments.
- Assist in tracking the progress of approved CSR projects to ensure they are implemented according to timeline, scope, and budget.
- Highlight any issues or delays for resolution.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in any certification
- Good Organization Skills
- Responsible
- Positive-minded
- Able to use Microsoft Office: Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Preferred intake period: January/February 2026
