Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities, events, and campaigns (e.g. town halls, celebrations, wellness initiatives).
- Support internal communication efforts, including preparing announcements, posters, emails, and content for internal platforms
- Conduct employee engagement surveys, collect feedback, and assist in data compilation and basic analysis.
- Maintain records, attendance lists, and documentation related to engagement initiatives.
- Support HR projects and ad-hoc tasks related to employee experience and culture-building.

- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative, proactive, and passionate about people and workplace culture.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
