Job Description
We are looking for candidates who can provide system support services including analysis & problem-solving, technical assistance and support co-ordination to colleague & stakeholders for IT systems related matters.
- Assist employees who are experiencing any procedural or operating difficulty with the use of IT applications, products or services.
- Assist and support in manage, maintain, and repair IT systems include diagnosing and repairing faults, resolving network issues, and installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Oversee and manage IT related asset.
- Assist and Supporting processes for incidents, service requests, change requests and access requests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Possess Diploma/Degree in computer science or a related field.
- Good verbal & written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
- Good analytical skills, able to troubleshoot or carry out system error investigation independently.
