Job Description
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Work with store teams to understand hiring needs and support manpower planning.
- Help organize training, engagement activities, and employee recognition efforts.
- Support employer branding through career fairs and social media.
- Track and report on hiring metrics and staffing trends.
- Handle basic HR operations like documentation and coordination with other teams.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor in Operation Management or any related field.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Willing to work at Wisma LYL, Petaling Jaya office
