Job Description
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and stock movements.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of Blanket Purchase Orders (BPOs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
- Track and update order, shipment, and delivery status records accordingly.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and data analyses related to supply chain activities.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work at Petaling Jaya
- Minimum 12 weeks of internship
- Preferably final semester students
