Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist to source, plan and develop new products to assist in expansion and organic growth.
- Involve in negotiation with vendors to get the best deal based on price, quality, distribution cost, and other factors.
- Involve in promotion and in store promotion activities to drive the store sales.
- Assist to study competitor, market /competitor visit to understanding merchandise assortment availability, promotion activity and market prices.
- Work closely with other departments to achieve department KPI.
- Take on any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Fresh Graduates are welcome
- At Least 1 years of experience in Merchandising, retail buying or related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Have good sense of understanding of retail operations, supply chain processes and sales trends.
