Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily fleet operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Calculate drivers’ salaries accurately, including basic salary and related allowances.
- Monitor drivers’ attendance, performance, and route efficiency.
- Liaise with drivers, warehouse, and operations team to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong calculation and data analysis skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic reporting.
- Good knowledge of transportation/logistics operations.
