Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage LCL orders based on demand, MOQ constraints, shipment cut-off dates, and forecasts.
- Coordinate closely with consolidation agents on order status, shipment arrangements, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor and track LCL shipments, including ETD/ETA, and proactively flag potential delays or risks.
- Provide timely updates to buyers on SKU replenishment status, stock-out risks, and shipment progress.
- Maintain and update LCL shipment tracking reports to ensure clear visibility for internal stakeholders.
- Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic exposure to 3PL partners and international vendors is an advantage.
- Understanding of customs procedures and HS code classification.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or logistics tracking platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
- Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
