Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Preparing new and renewal Tenancy Agreement for Sub-Tenant.
- Drafting any letter as requested by superior from time to time.
- Follow up with Sub-Tenant consistently on TA execution and proceed with stamping at LHDN.
- Follow up closely on Sub-Tenant documents submission
- Prepare Termination letter and deposit refund upon expiry.
- Monitor critical dates such as expiry dates, option to renew, termination and etc.
- Update master listing, weekly report and monthly report.
- Preparation and tracking weekly on tenancy expiry for Sub-Tenant every end month.
- To attend and handle existing Sub-Tenant requirement, rental rebate, complaints, temporary closure and others.
- Assist superior from time to time.
- Ensure all leasing documentation are in good order.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years leasing admin experience in retail/FMCG industry
- Study in diploma and above
