Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Calculate drivers’ salaries, including basic pay, allowances, and other related components
- Plan and optimize fleet operations, including scheduling and allocation of drivers and vehicles
- Monitor operational performance and ensure efficient utilization of resources
- Coordinate closely with drivers, operations team, and management to ensure smooth daily execution
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports to support decision-making
- Handle ad hoc operational issues and provide timely solutions
- Lead and guide team members to achieve departmental goals
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Managament, or a related field
- Minimum 1 to 3 years working experience in logistics field
- Good knowledge of Microsoft application especially in Excel.
- Alertness and attention to detail, proactive, has multi-task abilities and accountability
- Able to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
