Job Responsibilities
- Prepare Tenancy Agreement for New or Renewal.
- Follow up with Outlet for the documentation & arrangement of Tenancy Agreement.
- Key in information in LHDN website for stamping process.
- Prepare letter to the Subtenant.
- Process the termination procedure of Subtenant.
- Reporting on list of renewal Subtenant Tenancy Agreement (expiry in 2 months) to Area Managers.
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
Education & Qualification
- Diploma & above in Business Studies
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Technical Skills, Professional Knowledge & Competencies
- Knowledge on Microsoft office application, i.e Microsoft Excel, Word, Slide Presentation
- Writing & Communication Skill – High in English and Malay (optional: Mandarin)
