Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Prepare Tenancy Agreement for New or Renewal. 
  2. Follow up with Outlet for the documentation & arrangement of Tenancy Agreement. 
  3. Key in information in LHDN website for stamping process. 
  4. Prepare letter to the Subtenant. 
  5. Process the termination procedure of Subtenant. 
  6. Reporting on list of renewal Subtenant Tenancy Agreement (expiry in 2 months) to Area Managers. 
  7. Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

Education & Qualification

  1. Diploma & above in Business Studies
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Technical Skills, Professional Knowledge & Competencies

  1. Knowledge on Microsoft office application, i.e Microsoft Excel, Word, Slide Presentation 
  2. Writing & Communication Skill – High in English and Malay (optional: Mandarin)
