Job Description
- Collaborate closely with the property team, administrative staff, and relevant departments to gather and compile project documents for submission and licensing purposes.
- Coordinate with architects and project runners to manage documentation and track the progress of building plan submissions and business licenses.
- Support and follow up on new store orders and delivery schedules to ensure timely arrivals at sites or stores.
- Maintain and organize a systematic filing system for all project-related documents.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports to update on the status of submissions and license applications.
- Assist colleagues with tasks such as preparing acknowledgment letters, raising purchase orders (POs), and other administrative needs.
- Handle phone calls, emails, letters, and correspondence with relevant parties to ensure clear communication.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management as required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail, especially in reviewing and verifying documents.
