Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized 
Project Executive to manage the end-to-end delivery of custom exhibition booths. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating their brand requirements into impactful physical spaces while coordinating with our internal design and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Act as the main liaison for clients from initial briefing through to on-site handover.
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
  • Design & Production Liaison: Translate client needs into effective briefs for the design team and oversee the technical production of booth elements.
  • Vendor & Logistics Coordination: Source and manage suppliers (lighting, AV, furniture), negotiate contracts, and ensure all materials arrive at the venue on schedule.
  • On-Site Supervision: Oversee booth installation and dismantling at exhibition halls, ensuring compliance with venue safety and health regulations.
  • Budget Control: Manage the project’s fiscal expenses and ensure all deliveries stay within the approved budget.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in project management or account servicing, preferably within the exhibition, interior design, or event construction industry.
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is crucial for budgeting). 
  • Communication: Strong negotiation and presentation skills; fluency in [Specific Languages, e.g., English and Mandarin] is often preferred in this sector.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends, during peak exhibition installation/dismantling periods.
  • Mobility: Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to various exhibition venues and site meetings.
