Job Description

Perform pre-handover inspections and closely follow up on rectification progress to ensure units are ready for VP conditions.

Support department strategic plans and execute setup tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operation flow in all developments.

Monitor, follow up, and prepare all necessary documentation, reports, and photos for building defective works. Collaborate with other departments and contractors until completion to ensure contractors stay on schedule.
