Job Description

Enforce security controls at all assigned locations to maintain a consistently high level of safety and protection in line with company standards.

Implement delegated escort and accompanying duties to support business operations, management movements, contractors and important visitors.

Arrest and detain offenders in accordance with legal provisions and company procedures before handing them over to the police for further investigation and action.

Gather and analyse security intelligence from various sources including police, security personnel, contractors and residents’ committees, and disseminate relevant information to the security team to strengthen crime prevention measures.

Escort and protect VVIPs as assigned by management, ensuring their safety at all times during movements, events and official engagements.

Supervise Cash-In-Transit (CIT) operations to ensure the safe and secure collection, movement and delivery of money.

Conduct traffic control operations during company events and peak activities to ensure smooth traffic flow and public safety in surrounding areas.

Execute security patrols by foot, vehicle and roadblock operations to deter crime and maintain a visible security presence within the community.

Enforce security measures, policies and procedures strictly to achieve and sustain a high standard of security governance.

Ensure full compliance with the Police Act and all relevant regulations, enforcing rules and statutory requirements in the execution of all security duties.

Supervise and evaluate security guard performance to ensure personnel maintain a high level of professionalism, alertness and effectiveness.

Conduct daily physical training for security guards to develop a disciplined, healthy and operationally ready workforce.

Capable of monitoring CCTV and operating CCTV system effectively.
