Job Description

Handling account payables – receiving supplier invoice, verifying accuracy of invoice, verifying authorised approver, proper invoice data capturing into system and posting.

Manage unpaid invoices and liaise with treasury team for payments arrangement.

Perform creditors’ statement reconciliation to ensure no discrepancy or error in the accounting record with supplier.

File and maintain account payable records and contract agreements (if any).

Monitoring and maintaining the proper record of account receivables.

To verify payment requisition form for deposit refunds and other payments.

Perform daily collections verification.

Perform bi-weekly bank reconciliation (mid-month and end-month).

Liaise with operation team on daily operational matters.

To manage general ledger reconciliation, pass journals and resolve discrepancy.
