Job Description

Prepare and compile submission documents for development, building plan, and compliance approvals in line with statutory requirements.

Liaise with local councils, utility providers, and government authorities to ensure timely processing of applications and permits.

Track and monitor submission progress, maintaining accurate records and updating stakeholders on status and timelines.

Coordinate with consultants, architects, and engineers to ensure drawings, reports, and technical documents meet authority guidelines.

Assist in responding to authority queries or requests, ensuring compliance and minimizing approval delays.

Support in obtaining clearances and certifications (e.g., CCC, infrastructure approvals, utilities connections).

Maintain an up-to-date database of authority guidelines, policies, and procedures to support future submissions.

Provide administrative and documentation support to the project and planning teams in relation to authority matters.
