Job Description

Assist Eco World Residence Club in managing purchaser enquiries, feedback, and general correspondence.

Support pre-handing over processes, including documentation, appointment scheduling, and coordination with purchasers.

Participate in handover and key collection activities, ensuring smooth customer experience during VP.

Help track and follow up on defect rectification requests, coordinating with relevant departments and contractors.

Prepare simple reports and maintain records of customer interactions, service levels, and case updates.

Contribute to customer engagement initiatives, events, or surveys aimed at strengthening purchaser satisfaction and loyalty.
