Job Description

Prepare financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and performance analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Develop and monitor annual budgets, track variances, and implement cost control measures to ensure financial efficiency.

Monitor financial performance of development projects, including revenue recognition, cost allocation, and profitability analysis.

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly management reports, financial statements, and statutory submissions.

Oversee vendor payments, purchaser collections, and reconciliation processes to maintain financial accuracy and discipline.

Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control frameworks, mitigating financial and operational risks.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors, addressing audit findings and strengthening financial processes and controls.

Collaborate with project, sales, contract administration, and senior management teams to provide financial insights and support business growth.

Supervise and mentor finance team members, building strong capabilities in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance.
