Job Description

Conduct pre-handover inspections and closely follow up on rectification progress to ensure common areas are ready for vacant possession (VP) conditions.

Support departmental strategic plans and execute setup tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operation flow across all developments.

Monitor, follow up, and prepare all necessary documentation, reports, and photos for common area defects. Collaborate with other departments and contractors until completion to ensure contractors remain on schedule.
