What do we do?

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Handle full set of accounts.</li>
<li>Prepare management performance review, forecast and analysis upon request.</li>
<li>Prepare yearly budget, control and monitor budget spending (weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly).</li>
<li>Review, verify &amp; monitor daily accounting and financial operations including purchase orders, payment vouchers, petty cash, journals, accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliation, client trust balances, intercompany billing, etc.</li>
<li>Assist in SST preparation including review &amp; submission.</li>
<li>Review &amp; monitor fixed assets register and ensure records/reports are properly maintained.</li>
<li>Liaise with external auditors, tax agents to ensure statutory compliance.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing, reviewing and monitoring finance &amp; account policies, procedures and internal control documents.</li>
<li>Monitor/supervise daily finance operations to ensure smooth running.</li>
<li>Review &amp; monitor daily cash flow planning.</li>
<li>Assist in preparation and review of regulatory reports.</li>
<li>Ensure accounting functions and controls meet deadlines and minimize risks.</li>
<li>Contribute to improving effectiveness &amp; efficiency of the finance &amp; accounts department.</li>
<li>Handle ad-hoc matters/projects, office administration and other operational matters.</li>
</ul>
