Job Description

Customer Consultation & Education: Greet customers (in-store, phone, or email) and educate them on various EV charger types, features, and compatibility with their vehicles.
Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential clients, respond to inquiries, and assist in qualifying leads for residential and commercial charging installations.
Proposal Support: Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and documentation, ensuring accuracy in technical specifications.
Process Coordination: Assist with the sales order process, including managing CRM entries, generating invoices, and arranging for site assessments.
Technical Support Assistance: Help customers troubleshoot minor issues related to app connectivity, payment errors, or charger operation.
Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on current EV technology, government rebates, and tax incentives for charging equipment.


Job Requirements

Experience: Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service (technical sales experience is a plus).
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with or strong willingness to learn about electrical systems, EV charging standards, and smart charging apps.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
