Project Management

• Plan, organize, and manage floor resin projects from project award to final handover.
• Develop project schedules, work programs, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Conduct regular site visits and project review meetings.

Operations Management

• Oversee daily operational activities and site execution.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material requirements across multiple projects.
• Ensure efficient utilization of resources to maximize productivity.
• Monitor project costs and operational expenses.

Site Supervision & Quality Control

• Ensure all floor resin installation works are carried out according to project specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct quality inspections and monitor workmanship throughout project execution.
• Resolve technical and operational issues arising on site.
• Ensure proper documentation of project activities and quality records.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Handle project-related correspondence and documentation.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all projects comply with company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Promote and enforce safe work practices at project sites.
• Conduct site safety inspections and implement corrective actions when required.

Team Leadership

• Lead, supervise, and motivate project teams and site personnel.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and guidance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the Floor Resin / Industrial Flooring industry.
• Proven experience managing industrial flooring, epoxy flooring, polyurethane flooring, or resin flooring projects.
• Strong project planning, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of construction site practices, quality control, and safety requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project reporting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel to project sites.
