Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate on-site activities related to waterproofing and resin flooring projects.
- Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of works.
- Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks to site workers.
- Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Inspect work done and materials used to ensure consistency with technical specifications and drawings.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, attendance, and material usage.
- Resolve on-site issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.
- Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings regularly.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are available and in good working order.
- Coordinate delivery of materials and manage inventory on-site.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, especially in waterproofing and/or resin flooring projects.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant construction or industrial flooring experience.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, method statements, and technical specifications.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
- Willing to work extended hours, weekends, and travel to project sites when required.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, project tracking tools).
- Possess own transport and valid driving license (if applicable).
