Job Description

Floor Staff responsible for providing customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness in dining areas, setting up and clearing tables, supporting kitchen operations, and operating the POS to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer service - Greeting diners, taking orders, and assisting with menu recommendations.
• Service Delivery - Delivering food and drinks from the kitchen/bar to tables in a timely manner.
• Table Management - Clearing, cleaning, and setting up tables with cutlery and linens.
• Station Maintenance - Ensuring service stations are stocked with napkins, tableware, and condiments.
• Support & Operations - Assisting kitchen & floor staffs, cleaning restrooms, and helping with anything required.
• Handling Payments - Operating the Point of Sale (POS) system and handling cash or card payments.

Requirements & Skills:

• Experience - Proven experience (1-3 years) in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is preferred.
• Communication - Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
• Physical Stamina - Ability to spend long hours on feet, walk frequently, and carry trays.
• Customer Oriented - A friendly, positive, and professional attitude under pressure.
• Handling Payments - Experience operating POS systems and cash/card handling.
