Job Description

You'll join a small AI-powered marketing agency (Edge Point Solutions) as a Digital Marketing Intern, helping real clients with social media content, short-form video, copywriting, and campaign strategy. You'll work alongside AI tools daily, learning how modern agencies actually operate. Hybrid setup: 2 days in-office (Seri Kembangan) + 3 days WFH. RM800/month allowance, 3-6 month internship.

Edge Point Solutions is a lean, AI-native digital marketing agency based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. We help SMEs and growing brands punch above their weight with sharp content, smart ad strategy, and AI-assisted workflows. We're small on purpose - it means you won't be fetching coffee or watching from the sidelines. You'll be doing real work from week one.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

• Create and schedule social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu/RED) for multiple client accounts
• Script, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) - even if you're learning as you go
• Write captions, blog drafts, ad copy, and marketing emails with the help of AI writing tools
• Assist in planning and executing paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads basics)
• Research trends, hashtags, competitors, and content ideas to keep client feeds fresh
• Help build pitch decks, content calendars, and client reports
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, and other platforms as part of your daily workflow

• How to run social media for real businesses (not just theory)

• Basics of paid advertising and performance marketing

• How a small, modern marketing agency operates day-to-day

YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU...

• Are currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Multimedia, or any related field
• Are active on social media and genuinely enjoy creating content
• Are curious about AI tools and excited to learn how they're used in marketing
• Can write well (or are eager to improve) in English and/or Mandarin/BM
• Are comfortable with a fast-paced, figure-it-out-as-you-go environment
• Have basic design skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar) - bonus, not required

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Multimedia, or any related field
• Active on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Xiaohongshu/RED, LinkedIn)
• Interest in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management
• Curious about AI tools and eager to learn how they apply to marketing
• Good written communication skills in English (Mandarin and/or BM is a bonus)
• Basic familiarity with design tools like Canva or video editing tools like CapCut (preferred but not required)
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a hybrid/remote setup
• Available for a minimum of 3 months (full-time internship)
