We're a digital marketing agency that helps businesses grow through content and paid ads. We use AI tools daily, we move fast, and we need a content intern who can keep up. You'll work directly with the founders and real clients, not get buried in a department watching from the sidelines.

If you've been curious about how AI actually gets used in real business (not just hype), this is where you'll see it firsthand.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

• Research trending topics, competitor content, and audience insights for clients
• Brainstorm content angles and write short-form video scripts and captions (English + Mandarin)
• Help plan and occasionally join on-location filming sessions
• Use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini to draft, refine, and improve content — every single day
• Keep content trackers and production schedules organized and up to date
• Study what's working on TikTok, XHS, Instagram, and Meta — then help us do it better
• Join client meetings and communicate directly with business owners — not through three layers of management

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

This isn't a "fetch coffee and watch from the side" internship. By the end, you'll walk away knowing how to:

• Use AI as a real working tool for copywriting, research, and content ideation
• Plan and execute content for actual paying clients with actual budgets
• Write hooks and scripts that are built to perform, not just look pretty
• Understand how paid ads and organic content work together in a marketing system
• Handle real client communication — present ideas, take feedback, manage expectations
• Think like a marketer, not just a student completing hours

YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU…

• Are pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
• Speak and write in both Mandarin and English (strongly preferred)
• Are already using AI tools or genuinely excited to learn
• Are the kind of person who notices typos, remembers deadlines, and follows through without being chased
• Have good taste in content — you scroll TikTok or XHS and can tell why something works
• Are comfortable writing, being on camera, or both

Job Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
• Able to speak and write in both Mandarin and English (strongly preferred)
• Familiar with or excited to learn AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Good understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, XHS, Instagram, Meta)
• Comfortable with writing, content creation, or being on camera
• Available for 3-6 months internship duration
• Hybrid arrangement: 3 days WFH, 2 days in-office at Seri Kembangan (near MRT)
