 What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan and run creative campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.
• Produce engaging, visually appealing content to attract and convert high-quality leads.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives.
• Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends and apply best practices.

Job Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or a related field.
• Experience in planning and executing social media content and campaigns across platforms such as XiaoHongShu (Rednote), TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Strong Mandarin proficiency, both written and spoken, with the ability to create engaging and natural Chinese-language content.
• Good command of English and Malay for communication, research, and collaboration.
• A strong understanding of Chinese social media trends, content formats, and audience behaviour, particularly among youth and students.
• Strong creative sense with the ability to develop engaging social media content, captions, short-form videos, and visual assets.
• Hands-on experience in short-form video production and editing using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics, with the ability to analyse results and turn insights into actionable content strategies.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and social media management / analytics tools.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when handling educational, university, programme, and promotional information.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple content tasks, meet deadlines, and take ownership of assigned projects.
