Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to support international students as they arrive in Malaysia. You will help them feel welcomed at the airport and assist with basic guidance, documentation, and settlement processes. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service, international student support, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome international students at the airport or ISAC centre.
   
• Help students with arrival procedures, including forms and directions.
   
• Provide basic information about immigration and customs if needed.
   
• Assist in keeping records of student arrivals and support provided.
   
• Offer friendly and respectful support to students from different cultural backgrounds.
   
• Help with admin tasks such as preparing simple reports or documents.
   
• Support any student-related events or activities organized by the team.
   
• Report any student issues to the supervisor or relevant university staff.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in International Relations, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
   
• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable speaking with people from different cultures.
   
• Good communication skills in English (other languages are a plus!).
   
• Able to handle unexpected situations calmly and professionally.
   
• Willing to work on weekends or outside regular hours depending on flight schedules.
   
• Able to be on your feet for long periods (e.g., walking or standing at the airport).
   
• A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
