What we create speaks to parents, inspires educators, and represents a brand that genuinely cares about children’s growth.

We are looking for a Content Producer who understands how to create engaging, meaningful content across different platforms — especially Facebook, Instagram, and XiaoHongShu.

You should know how to balance education + storytelling + visual appeal, and turn everyday moments into content people want to stop scrolling for.

Your Responsibilities:

• Own Our Social Media Feeds
  Manage and produce content for Facebook, Instagram, and XiaoHongShu, ensuring each platform’s tone and audience are well understood.
   
• Content Creation & Video Editing
  Shoot and edit short-form videos (classes, activities, teachers, events, behind-the-scenes).
  You understand pacing, hooks, and how to capture attention within the first few seconds.
   
• Design That Connects
  Create clean, friendly, and on-brand visuals (posts, carousels, promotional materials) using Canva.
   
• On-Ground Content Support
  Support marketing activities, events, and campaigns by capturing content on-site when needed.
   
• Team Support & Execution
  We are a small, fast-moving team. You may be required to support general marketing execution beyond content creation.

Job Requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

• Educational Background
  Your field of study doesn’t matter. What matters is your ability to create content that works.
   
• A Proven Creator
  You have a portfolio, personal social media account, or past work that shows your editing, design, or content skills.
   
• Technical Skills
  Proficient in CapCut剪映 (video editing)
  Proficient in Canva (design & layouts)
  Comfortable with basic video shooting (smartphone is sufficient)
   
• Language Skills
  Ability to read/write Mandarin is a strong advantage (for XiaoHongShu content)
   
• Personality & Work Ethic
• Organized, proactive, and responsible
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Genuinely interested in education, children, and meaningful content
• Able to take initiative without waiting to be told every step
