Job Description

  • Ensure timely payment to suppliers
    Memastikan bayaran kepada pembekal dibuat tepat pada masanya
     
  • Manage payroll, staff leave, and claims
    Menguruskan gaji, cuti pekerja dan tuntutan perbelanjaan
     
  • Handle procurement and sourcing for office/business items
    Menguruskan pembelian dan pencarian barang pejabat atau keperluan syarikat
     
  • Prepare and issue quotations and invoices
    Menyediakan dan mengeluarkan sebut harga dan invois
     
  • Follow up with clients on payment status
    Menghubungi pelanggan untuk mengemas kini status bayaran
     
  • Assist with bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks
    Membantu kerja-kerja perakaunan asas dan rekod kewangan harian

Job Requirements

  • At least Certificate or Diploma in Business Admin, Accounting, or related field
    Sekurang-kurangnya Sijil atau Diploma dalam Pentadbiran Perniagaan, Perakaunan, atau bidang berkaitan
     
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
    Boleh berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia
     
  • 1–3 years of relevant working experience
    1–3 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam bidang berkaitan
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google Workplace ; accounting software knowledge is a plus
    Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google Workplace ; pengetahuan dalam perisian akaun adalah satu kelebihan
     
  • Good attitude, responsible, and detail-oriented
    Sikap kerja yang baik, bertanggungjawab dan teliti dalam kerja
     
  • Able to work independently and also in a team
    Boleh bekerja secara berdikari dan juga bekerjasama dalam pasukan
