Our Values

<p>- Assist with the installation, configuration, upgrade and ongoing testing of system</p>
<p>- Handle and assists on software-related requests/problems</p>
<p>- Takes and manages requests that come in via phone, email or through the support group</p>
<p>- Troubleshoot software and identify root causes of software problems</p>
<p>- Analyse software related issues and propose solutions</p>
<p>- Fix software bugs and test (verify) solutions prior to implementation</p>
<p>- Obtain and log customer feedback for the purpose of process improvement</p>
