Full-Time Beauty Sales Consultant / Beauty Promoter

We are hiring 5 Full-Time Beauty Sales Consultants / Beauty Promoters in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

This role is suitable for individuals who are interested in beauty, skincare and sales, enjoy communicating with people, and are willing to learn and grow with the team.

Income & Rewards

• monthly earning potential RM3,000–RM5,000+ per month
• Basic salary + sales commission
• Performance incentives
• Additional achievement rewards
• Domestic / overseas travel rewards

Actual income depends on individual sales performance and incentives.

Monthly Target – Complete ONE

• Sell at least 1 box of beauty products
  OR
• Complete 20 × RM128 Beauty Experience Packages

Job Responsibilities

• Promote Japan × France beauty products
• Introduce RM128 Beauty Experience Packages
• Develop and follow up with customers
• Participate in online and offline promotional activities
• Provide good customer service

Working Arrangement

• Full-time
• Flexible working arrangement
• Approximately 3 company activities / training sessions per week
• Remaining time for customer follow-up and promotion

Training Provided

• Product knowledge
• Sales and communication skills
• Customer follow-up guidance
• Team support and coaching

Job Requirements

• Age 21–43
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• No previous beauty or sales experience required
• Training will be provided
• Interested in beauty, skincare and customer service
• Friendly, responsible and willing to learn
• Comfortable communicating with customers
• Basic conversational skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Able to participate in company training and promotional activities
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
