Job Description

- Handle outreach, gifting, and negotiation, and own the relationship end to end

- Brief creators, review their content, and keep campaigns on track

- Track results (reach, engagement, conversions) and tell us what's working

Bonus: PR

- Help grow brand awareness through influencer-led PR and earned media when it comes up

Job Requirements

Must-have

- Proven, hands-on experience creating short-form video for brands — strong portfolio of Reels / TikTok / UGC (attach links, this is the main thing we look at)

- Able to independently handle the full production — scene setup, shooting, angles, lighting, and editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar). You don't need a crew or a producer to get a great shot

- A strong instinct for hooks, pacing, and social-native storytelling

- Hands-on experience running influencer / KOL outreach and campaigns

- Fluent in Malay (Bahasa Malaysia) and English — you'll create content and talk to creators in both

- A self-starter who works independently, hits deadlines, and communicates directly — no chasing, no drama, no excuses

- You genuinely love beauty / skincare

Nice-to-have

- Copywriting / caption writing

- PR experience (media pitching, press releases, earned media)

- Basic design (Canva) and photography

- Know the Malaysian beauty scene — Instagram & TikTok Shop
