Job Description

• Plan and execute Instagram content strategies (posts, Stories, Reels) to grow brand awareness and engagement
• Create high-quality content through photo and video shooting, including studio shoots and on-ground events
• Edit and enhance photos, videos, and Reels to align with brand visual guidelines
• Write engaging captions and manage content scheduling across platforms
• Monitor, track, and analyse performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and insights
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas and campaign directions 
• Stay updated with social media trends and propose creative content formats

Job Requirements

• Strong skills in photography, videography, and content editing
• Familiarity with editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar
• Experience in the skincare or beauty industry is an added advantage
• Good understanding of Instagram content formats and trends
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Willing to work on-site for shoots and events when required
• Working Arrangement:
• Working hours: Monday – Thursday (9:00am – 6:00pm)
• Friday: Work From Home
