Job Description
- Assist in customer service support reply messages in multiple stores on Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok.
- Research and upload product listing with cover photos, pictures, product descriptions in multiple stores on Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok.
- Checking and managing promotional tools like voucher, bundles, add on deals, free gift mechanism & liase with return/refund issue in multiple stores on Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok.
- Creating SKU & bundle listing in warehouse ERP system
- Download invoice, statement, credit notes from multiple stores on Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok.
- Download & uploading video in social media and e-commerce platform.
Job Requirements
- Trilingual (mandarin, english, bahasa malaysia) in both writing and speaking.
- Experience in managing shopee, lazada, tiktok e-commerce stores is a bonus.
- Designing attractive cover picture for products listing
- This is remote job, work using own laptop/PC
