Job Description

We are looking for a creative and motivated Video Editor / Short-Form Content Creator to join our team. You will be responsible for editing engaging short-form videos and transforming raw footage and ideas into compelling content for social media and digital platforms.

No prior working experience is required as full training will be provided. This role is suitable for university students, fresh graduates, or individuals who are passionate about video editing and looking to build their career in the creative and digital content industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce engaging short-form videos for social media and digital platforms. 
• Transform raw footage, ideas and briefs into creative and engaging video content. 
• Add captions, music, transitions, effects and other elements to enhance video quality. 
• Ensure videos are visually appealing, well-paced and aligned with the intended content direction. 
• Keep up with the latest social media trends, editing styles and short-form video formats. 
• Work closely with the team to brainstorm and develop new video content ideas. 
• Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final videos meet the required standards. 
• Organise and maintain video files, footage and project materials properly. 
• Complete assigned video projects according to deadlines. 
• Support other content creation or creative tasks when required.

Job Requirements

• Female candidates preferred. 
• Age 19–30 years old; university students are welcome to apply. 
• Fluent in Mandarin/Chinese. 
• Passionate about video editing, social media and content creation. 
• Fresh graduates and candidates without prior working experience are welcome — training will be provided. 
• Basic knowledge of video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar tools is an added advantage. 
• Creative with a good eye for visual presentation, pacing and storytelling. 
• Willing to learn and able to take feedback positively. 
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines. 
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
