What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

• Assist in the execution of digital communication plans and community engagement activities
   
• Coordinate and manage backend marketing operations (briefs, trackers, timelines, content calendars)
   
• Support content creation for campaigns (e.g. captions, visuals, trend research)
   
• Help monitor online chatter, collect insights, and suggest ways to steer the conversation
   
• Join brainstorms and give your take—we value sharp, honest opinions
   
• If you’re good at it, you’ll get to own your own mini-projects
   

Job Requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

• Someone who actually wants to work—self-driven, detail-oriented, and dependable
   
• Strong communicator (you’ll deal with people, content, and timelines)
   
• Willing to learn fast and adapt even faster—things move quickly here
   
• Knows how to use social media beyond scrolling (basic content sense helps)
   
• Able to show up on time, meet deadlines, and follow through (yes, we check)
   
• Preferably someone studying or interested in Marketing, PR, Mass Comm, or similar
