About the Role
We're looking for a mid-to-senior Social Media Manager to own the end-to-end social media presence for automotive or lifestyle brand clients. You'll be the connective tissue between strategy and execution; Planning content calendars, writing captions that convert, managing communities, and ensuring every post meets brand standards. You'll work closely with our videographers, editors, and designers to bring ideas to life, while keeping clients informed through regular check-ins and monthly reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Execution
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives, campaigns, and key dates
- Identify and adapt relevant trends (audio, formats, hooks) to fit brand identity — quickly, before the moment passes
- Brief and collaborate with videographers, editors, and designers; provide clear creative direction and feedback to elevate output
- QC all content with a critical; Pacing, hooks, transitions, audio, captions, visual polish
Copywriting & Brand Voice
- Write captions and copy that stop the scroll. Punchy, on-brand, platform-appropriate
- Adapt tone and style across different clients while maintaining consistency within each brand
- Develop copy frameworks and caption banks for efficiency without sacrificing quality
Community Management
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions promptly and on-brand
- Engage proactively to build community, not just manage it
- Escalate issues or opportunities to the client or internal team as needed
Publishing & Scheduling
- Schedule and publish content using scheduling tools, optimizing for timing and platform best practices
- Maintain organized content pipelines and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Quality Control & Brand Consistency
- QC all content before publishing — checking branding, copy accuracy, hashtags, tags, and visual standards
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Reporting & Client Communication
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports with insights, learnings, and actionable recommendations
- Prepare for weekly WIP check-ins with clients to align on priorities and surface feedback
- Translate data into "what's working, what's not, what we're trying next"
On-Ground & Stories Coverage
- Capture and post Instagram/TikTok Stories for events, shoots, or behind-the-scenes moments
- Attend on-ground events for real-time social coverage (primarily within Klang Valley)
- Execute quick edits or story shoots independently when required
