Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

Marketplace Management

  • Manage and optimize daily operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and official e-commerce channels. 
  • Ensure product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, and content are updated accurately. 
  • Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for sales growth. 

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute platform campaigns including Mega Sales, Payday Sales, Flash Deals, Brand Days, and Seasonal Promotions. 
  • Coordinate campaign assets, vouchers, bundles, and promotional activities. 
  • Maximize campaign performance and conversion rates. 

Sales Performance Optimization

  • Monitor sales data, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior. 
  • Analyze marketplace reports and provide actionable recommendations. 
  • Identify growth opportunities to improve revenue and profitability. 

Product Listing & Merchandising

  • Create compelling product listings with optimized titles, descriptions, and keywords. 
  • Work closely with the design team to improve product visuals and storefront presentation. 
  • Enhance product discoverability and conversion. 

Customer Experience

  • Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback. 
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to improve satisfaction and retention. 
  • Identify recurring customer concerns and propose solutions. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Retail teams. 
  • Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and business expansion initiatives.

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or related fields. 
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management. 
  • Experience managing Shopee and Lazada seller centers. 
  • Strong understanding of marketplace campaigns and promotional tools. 
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales and performance data. 
  • Strong organizational and execution skills. 

Nice-To-Have

  • Experience managing TikTok Shop. 
  • Familiarity with Shopify or website e-commerce platforms. 
  • Experience using marketplace advertising tools. 
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or performance marketing. 
  • Experience in consumer products, retail, travel, or lifestyle industries.
