Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account cum Admin Executive to handle both accounting and administrative operations. The role involves managing daily financial transactions, supporting month-end closings, and ensuring smooth office administration. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting transactions, including data entry of invoices, payments, and receipts.
     
  • Prepare and issue sales invoices accurately and ensure timely collection from customers.
     
  • Perform bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and assist in maintaining financial accuracy.
     
  • Prepare journal entries and support month-end closing activities.
     
  • Maintain proper accounting records, ledgers, and document filing systems.
     
  • Assist in SST submission, preparation of payment vouchers, and petty cash management.
     
  • Support HR and general administrative tasks, such as staff attendance, leave tracking, and office coordination.
     
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties when required.
     
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
     
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or administrative roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
     
  • Knowledge of SST, SQL Accounting Software, and E-Invoicing is an added advantage.
     
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with digital documentation.
     
  • Meticulous, well-organized, and detail-oriented, with strong responsibility for accuracy.
     
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
     
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
     
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an advantage.
