Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the

Regenerative Medicine & Cancer Biotechnology industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

driving sales growth, developing strong client relationships, excellent communication skills, and

providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the Regenerative Medicine & Cancer Biotechnology sector.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and areas for growth within the Regenerative Medicine & Cancer Biotechnology industry.
  • Product Knowledge: Good knowledge in Regenerative Medicine & Cancer Biotechnology products, services, and industry trends.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on offerings.

  • Gather feedback from clients to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with R&D to stay updated on product innovations and enhancements.
  • Networking: Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and build professional relationships.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, , Biomedical Sciences, Medical Laboratory Technology,
  • Biotechnology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical biotech, pharmaceutical, or stem cell
  • industries. Fresh graduate with strong enthusiasm is also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of Regenerative Medicine & Cancer Biotechnology applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic RM 4500-6000 (Fresh graduate RM2800) + Travelling Allowances + Handphone Allowances
