Your Role
You will be responsible for continuing to grow our sales. You will maintain current customer accounts as well as develop new ones. You will track sales goals and look for new areas to expand sales, as well as coordinating and working with other sales team members.
What you''ll do :-
Achieve sales target.
Expand customer base by opening new customers.
Visit regularly customers as per the agreed Visits plans.
Monitor competitors’ activities and submit all the required reports to see the competitor prices & activities.
Follow up on the Channel stock level at the trade and propose any needed actions to follow up the sellout.
Enhance the company visibility by executing display plans with Signage & In-shop branding, as per Policy.
Stick to the Payment/Commercial policy and ensure the collection of the market outstanding
Initiate solution for regular market problems
Should be updated with market intelligence & communicate to his supervisors
Set sales forecast for his area, whenever needed.
Monitor and analyze sales performance on daily basis.
Ensure maximum distribution to gain market share.
Manage Distributor sales team performance using KPI’s.
Develop existing business and create new business opportunities.
Set weekly & monthly meetings with ground sales force to review the business and plan for next step.
Ensure monitoring & delivering KPI’s of In shop promoters & demonstrators
Should be thorough with the product knowledge & competition offering in the space
Should be hands on with the Product demo & prospect conversion, through sales pitch & demo.
Should be comfortable in Excel to maintain & share data as per format provided on daily/weekly & monthly basis
Planning & executing regular ground level marketing activities like – Society demo, Live cooking activities by
coordinating with Marketing team.
Who You Are
Ability to work under pressure while demonstrating a high level of energy and resilience
Strong negotiator and engager, with a proven track record of influencing and aligning stakeholders around ideas and proposals
Self-starter who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to perform with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong computer proficiency is a must (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
3–5 years of sales experience, preferably managing multiple channels within home appliances
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE/B.Tech) with an MBA
Willing and able to work extensively in the field; regular market visits are mandatory
Must hold a valid driving license
Someone who is based in Ludhiana, Punjab would be preferrable with proficiency in Punjabi language
Where you'll be:
You will be based in Chandigarh Office and will require travel to Punjab/Tricity Market with reporting to Branch Manager.
