About the role

As part of our Customer Service team in Italy, you will support daily activities connected to the order-to-delivery process and help ensure a positive experience for our customers.

This internship is designed to offer a practical learning experience within a dynamic and increasingly digital environment. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, and Credit, gaining exposure to end-to-end business operations.
 

You will report to the Customer Service Manager Italy.

This is a 6-month internship.

Location

The role is based in Assago.

What you’ll do:

• Support daily checks on order status and data accuracy in our systems
• Help manage customer requests and basic communication activities
• Contribute to handling returns, refusals, and related administrative tasks
• Collaborate with the team on issue tracking and escalation (e.g., return flow performance, pricing updates)
• Support the preparation of simple reports and data extractions
• Support the team in managing special order types, (Consignment / display orders for exhibitions or showrooms; Intercompany orders involving other Electrolux entities; Ad‑hoc or exceptional order requests …)
• Carry out extraordinary and administrative support activities, helping the team ensure smooth and timely operations across all order-related processes

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related area (Communication, Foreign Languages etc.)
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team player with good communication skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
• Good problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
• Fluent in Italian and English
