About the role:

For our Commercial Area (CA) we are looking for a Junior Product Specialist for categories Wellbeing (including Vacuum Cleaners & Air Care) & Small Appliances.

Reporting to the CA Product Line Manager WB and SDA, you will be supporting the management of our products in serving well our existing and new business models. You will be collaborating with different functionals teams ensuring customer satisfaction. You may also be tasked with facilitating training sessions, as well as assisting with new product launches.

This is a 6-month internship.

The role is based in Assago.

What you’ll do:

• Assisting in the execution on the Product strategy in the CA
• Be part of the Go to Market process and support new product launches
• Work with the PL Manager WB and SDA in their daily collaboration with all relevant stakeholders – Sales, marketing, Demand Planning, Controlling.
• Resolving customer issues, drive improvements, error corrections and simplification.
• Attending internal/external meetings as required.
• Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses
• Support CA PL Manager WB and SDA during budget and forecast Provide Sales Organization with – continuously updated – detailed product info, market launch and pricing.
• Cooperate with the Sales team to set up listings & promos presence according to objectives, for key customers.

Who you are:
 

• You have a minimum bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
• A short previous experience in a similar role will be considered a plus.
• Good collaboration skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Highly developed attention to detail.
• You are fluent in Italian English. Spanish is a plus.
