Objectives

As Plant Quality Manager, you will be a member of the Plant Management Team, reporting operationally to the Plant Manager. You will be operating in a continuously changing and challenging environment of Industry 4.0.

You will coordinate the daily activities of the Susegana Plant Quality Department, in particular, you will guarantee the product quality requirements according to specification and continuously improve the customer satisfaction level. You will have full responsibility for the quality in the factory and contribute to the implementation of the sector's quality strategy for the product line.

Key operational responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall quality control aspects of raw material/ in-process & finished products
• Create and improve the plant quality system /set quality standards & ensure compliance
• Set up action plan and specific projects to achieve the quality targets
• Lead the quality improvement program internally and externally, setting priorities, supporting the teamwork, involve the needed inter-functional resources to successfully achieve the results
• keep the link with major customers (internal-external) about quality deployment and product performance;
• support the process of suppliers qualification;
• hold and improve process for ISO requirements;
• supervise a team and provide guidance and feedback;

Competencies needed:

• Technical Degree education (industrial/engineering) or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years in quality within a similar capacity business and environment
• Great leadership skills, good interpersonal and communication skills both in Italian and English

He/she is communicative, convincing, team player as well as team builder; is able to set priorities, has good synthesis and analysis skills,  a good leadership and a project-management mindset.
