What you will do:

• Promote a collaborative relationship with key peers fostering standardization of the European contractual setup including (Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales, Product Line & Operations).
• Design and implement strategies for sourcing of Logistics activities.
• Supplier Relationship Management: ensure proper governance in place by holding a strong commercial relationship with suppliers & stakeholders.
• Search alternative and innovative logistics solutions to improve efficiency, promote sustainability and customer satisfaction.
• Drive and promote continuous improvement actions by leading activities among the team, stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Accountability on supplier cost performance & service level.
• Plan, organize and drive the best sourcing activities and tenders.
• Manage KPI’s and ensure compliance to contracted terms both internally & externally.
• Provide market insight and relevant information to the organization.
• Actively contribution in meetings, projects and events to streamline and improve the European logistics network.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Management Engineering, economics, or any related procurement studies .
• 1 - 5 years of relevant and proven work experience in Procurement with a focus in warehouse and distribution.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
• Ability to manage strategic suppliers, including relationship building, performance, development, and integration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English written and spoken; any other language is an asset.
