Your role
Responsible for managing the planning, procurement, inventory, and distribution of spare parts to ensure smooth after-sales operations across Authorized Service Centers (ASC). The role is crucial in supporting service performance, minimizing repair cycle time (RCT), and ensuring optimal part availability.
What you'll do :-
Spare Parts Planning & Availability
Plan and forecast spare part needs based on service trends and historical data.
Ensure sufficient stock levels at central warehouse and ASCs to avoid service delays.
Coordinate with logistics teams and local/international suppliers for timely procurement.
Inventory & Distribution Management
Monitor and manage spare part stock levels using ERP systems.
Oversee efficient distribution of parts to ASC locations across regions.
Conduct regular stock takes and ensure inventory data accuracy.
Reporting & Data Analysis
Prepare monthly reports on stock status, consumption trends, and slow-moving items.
Analyze part usage data to optimize stock levels and reduce excess/obsolete inventory.
Provide recommendations to improve inventory turnover and cost efficiency.
Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with technicians, customer care, and service planning teams to meet service demand.
Provide parts-related technical support and solutions to service teams.
Collaborate with finance for part cost control, reconciliation, and budgeting.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all procurement and distribution activities comply with internal SOPs and company policies.
Maintain accurate and organized records of part purchases, receipts, and issuance.
