All about the role:
As Vice President of S&OP and Supply Chain Planning for EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our regional supply chain strategy and execution. This position is responsible for driving integrated business planning, ensuring robust supply plans, and optimizing inventory performance across multiple markets. You will lead a team focused on delivering service excellence, cost efficiency, and readiness for new product introductions, all while fostering collaboration across global category teams and cross-functional partners.
What you’ll do:
Lead the S&OP and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for EMEA, ensuring alignment with commercial teams, robust supply plans to grant the agreed service level, and effective inventory management.
Drive inventory performance through analysis, target setting, and optimization of safety stocks for finished goods, raw materials, and components.
Oversee operational production planning to meet market demand while aligning with factory capacity and material availability.
Manage supply planning and primary transportation, including replenishment of regional distribution centers and direct or make-to-order deliveries, ensuring cost efficiency.
Own primary transportation costs, ensuring accurate allocation and optimization, efficiencies across markets
Lead planning activities for new product introductions, ensuring supply readiness and achievement of product availability targets.
Lead Supply Chain Planning CoE, driving process design, tool and solution development, capability building, and monitoring of key performance indicators across demand, supply, inventory, and service.
Take ownership of production volumes and product mix, inventory targets and service levels, replenishment strategies, and governance of global planning and inventory processes.

Cross-functional partners: Commercial, Manufacturing, Product Lines, Purchasing, Finance
Who you are:
15+ years of progressive leadership in supply chain planning, in high-volume manufacturing and consumer goods environments.
Proven track record in leading S&OP transformation and operational excellence within complex, multinational organizations.
Extensive international experience with strong leadership and influencing capabilities in matrix structures and senior stakeholder networks.
Demonstrated capability to lead organizational change with strategic foresight, maintaining focus and composure while adapting to evolving priorities.
Exceptional communicator, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
Pragmatic and hands-on leadership style, adept at managing complex operations and delivering results in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Well-versed in supply chain systems and methodologies, including ERP (e.g., SAP), MRP, Lean / Six Sigma, and digital tools that support process efficiency and decision-making.
Willingness to travel to strategic locations as needed.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.

The preferred location for this role is Wroclaw, Poland. We are also open to considering Porcia, Italy.
