1. Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients through proactive communication via phone and email
2. Handle incoming leads with enthusiasm, providing high-quality service and solutions to prospective clients
3. Present and promote our range of products and services to both current and potential clients
4. Consistently follow up on client queries, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure satisfaction
5. Keep clients informed about the latest products, services, and promotions to enhance their experience
6. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure retention and growth
7. Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed individual and team targets

Job Requirements

1. Possesses a Bachelor's Degree in any field
2. Proficiency in both Malay and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Ability to speak in Mandarin is a huge plus
4. Strong multitasking abilities with an exceptional eye for detail and organization
5. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with clients
6. Advanced computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
7. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
8. Experience handling clients in the financial services sector is a definite advantage
